Norman Yeow

Norman Yeow founded Norman Search Partners after leading Sanford Rose Associates Singapore for 19 years as their Managing Director. During this time, he led a highly specialized, qualified and competent team of Search Consultants capable of meeting client company’s needs at middle to senior managerial levels for Financial Institutions, Technology, Life Sciences and the Commercial Sector that includes FMCG, Hospitality, Retail & Broadcasting and professional positions for Finance & Human Resources. Norman’s approach to executive search is intensely relationship focused, driven by a relentless desire to exceed expectations and deliver values beyond the client’s requirements. 

​Norman has more than 23 years of corporate experience in General Management, Marketing & Sales, Customer Services, Operations, Financial Management and Internal Audit. Prior to joining the Executive Search industry 20 years ago, Norman served 14 years in senior management positions with American Express International, Inc., including Director – Business Partners and General Manager - Travel & Travel Management Services.  He previously held sales, marketing and financial positions with Computer Information Systems, Rank Xerox and General Electric.

Sharon Gan

​Sharon Gan is a Research Manager with Norman Search Partners after having served 12 years with Sanford Rose Associates – Singapore in a similar capacity.
 
She has partnered in a consultative capacity with her team of Directors in placing numerous senior to middle management positions across all industries and functional areas.
 
Many senior placements are made by developing strategies for retained searches throughout Asia and managing the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from candidate research, identification, recruiting, profiling and placement.
 
Sharon brings with her more than 20 years of research & recruitment experience in executive search. She started her career with The Consulting Partnership as a Research Assistant. Thereafter, she was a Researcher with Search Partners Consultancy and Futurestep – Korn/Ferry Company.
 
Being a seasoned Researcher, Sharon is always passionately devoted to achieve a win-win outcome for both clients and candidates.
