Norman Search Partners was founded by Norman Yeow, former Managing Director of Sanford Rose Associates Singapore. During his 19 years there, Norman managed a team of Consultants, Recruiters & Researchers and have executed & managed over 300 senior level searches.

Our practice is to be personally involved in every step of the search process in order to find the right candidates.
We strive to achieve a win-win outcome for clients and candidates by adhering to a high standard of work ethics, diligence and integrity. The assignments we work on are led by the respective Directors who actually “do the work” themselves versus the industry practice whereby the recruiting process is handled by an Associate or a Researcher. Our clients get the attention they deserve and this works well for them in terms of speed of delivery and a better understanding of matching the right candidates with the competencies required. Unlike this industry practice, we do not have any members who are business development focus. Success in executive search requires more than extensive network, process and execution. Achieving the most enduring results often require client, search partners and candidates participate in a transparent & honest process to ensure that the hiring is truly right for all.
